Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your app is installed. When you uninstall the app, we mark your data for deletion. All data is permanently deleted within 48 hours of receiving Shopify's shop/redact webhook.

• Resend: Our email service provider, to send emails on your behalf
• Heroku: Our hosting provider, which stores our database

Customer Rights

Customers can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email. Merchants can request data deletion by uninstalling the app.

GDPR Compliance

We comply with GDPR requirements and respond to all Shopify GDPR webhooks including customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access token security.
